On a mindfulness course you have the opportunity to learn a range of practices
that can help you cope more effectively with difficulty, stress and ill health.
You will be learning formal and informal mindfulness practices, to help to develop greater moment to moment awareness.
Through establishing a regular mindfulness practice you may be able to develop more positive and flexible responses to difficult situations, thoughts and feelings.
The course is for 5 weeks, starting on Thursday 22nd February, from 1:30 until 3:30pm
